CLOSET by Marcelo Pinto Coelho, winner of the Grand Prix at CapCut CRE[AI]TE AI Festival 2026, is a nearly dialogue-free stop-motion-style animated short about two boys in parallel worlds who fear each other without ever meeting. M. gets a new wardrobe and starts hearing noises inside it. He's scared, but he stays. Behind his bedroom wall, in a world the wardrobe opened, a small monster named Mo. is living the same story in mirror image. The ending introduces a third, much larger neighbor. Marcelo used CapCut Video Studio to write the base prompt that locks the film's handmade look (resin skin, glass eyes, real fabric, practical set lighting) and to generate the scenes with Seedance 2.0 and 2.5.
